Alright, so I am working going to replace my cars front passenger Lower wheel bearing and ball joint.
I have all of the sockets and such. And impact, Pickle forks and this clam with a screw in the middle that is supposedly suppose to make ball joint removal easier.
but I was wondering, do I need a ball joint press to put the new one in? And any tips for getting it in easier would be appreciated.
Also, the wheel bearing has 3 bolts, and the top one is very difficult to get to. I am thinking it will be easier with the ball joint off, but any tips to do that.
once again, I am working on a Ford Taurus 1996.. front passenger side.
Thanks!
ps. I asked this a bit ago and didn't get much response. Hopefully someone knows something! haha
