We have neighbors who dont like us for no reason O_O. So, someone splattered something on my mother's car windsheild and it wont come off for anything. can someone please tell me possibly what would not come off glass? because we need to figure it out soon, because its all over the drivers side window, and my mom has work in the morning. help?
