I honestly don't know anything about cars so I'm sorry if I might seem like an idiot for asking this. I have a ford focus and I noticed a vibrating/shaking metal sound when I was driving. I looked under the car and found a metal box-like thing (it seems to be a cover for something) hanging half off on its right side (it's still connected on the left). Does anyone know what that is, is it important, and what should I do?
