I finally got a good enough job that i can start to save money to buy parts for my 2000 civic dx hatchback but don't know where to begin i need to know the basics how to maintain engine, fluids, suspension,clutch, transmission, exhaust system, etc basically i need to know EVERYTHING does anyone a good web site i can learn from? I was thinking of getting a b18 and some b16 headers but i will gladly take your opinion.
 
A good start is always I.H.E. Intake, Headers, Exhaust. If you could afford a swap to a B16A, B18B or even a K20A then more power to you. Changing the spark plugs & spark plug wires as well is another good early car project start.
As far as sites, there are many like ClubCivic.com, Honda-Tech.com, etc.
