ok I planned on buying a year 2000 car in state of texas from a private seller and I have to pay the title tranfer and to register and all that how much will I have to pay?

Call the Texas DMV and ask them.

You have to pay 6.25% of the purhase price, plus title and registration fees. The Texas website said to contact their office directly for details. Please see link below.
