Car Help '99 Pontiac Bonneville?

I own a 99 Pontiac Bonneville. Lately it has stopped several times while I am driving... If I sit for a while it will strat again. It seems the longer it sits the longer I have to drive it before it stops again. I was thinking my fuel filter may need to be changed... but I can't find it.
What do you think it could be? If the fuel filter, where is it???
