CAR HELP!!! 2000 VW Beetle?

ok i got a hello kitty shaped muffler for my birthday and i wanted to put it on my 2000 beetle but i don even see a muffler sticking out just a sti thingy(dont know much about cars) does anyone now how i can put it on??
