CAR HELP 1997 oldsmobile cutlass supreme?

my cars horn left turn single also break lights and four way flashers stoped working i think it may be some thing electric because when i hold the turn single switch they all work i was wondering if i change the whole steering column will it solve all my problems or how can i fix my car with out paying a lot of money i need to get my car inspected and it wont pass the test because of the problems and i need it fixed as soon as possible
