Car has been lowered, need it to be "unlowered"?

I currently own a 92 honda prelude which I bought off a guy who had the car lowered a couple years ago. So during the winter it's kind of hard to drive in that thing b/c the snow keeps getting pushed under it and I eventually get stuck. I heard from a friend there's some sort of "riser", so that you simply just put it in somewhere near the wheel-well or shocks or something and it'll push your car up a couple inches or so. Though would like to know if there are any other methods of doing this, that's fairly cheap like under $300. So that I won't have to get the car totally risen back up and it won't take too much time. Or if you know of what the product my friend was telling me, maybe suggest a good one.
