Car goes forward in Reverse, Neutral, and Drive... Automatic Transmission?

I have a 1994 Ford Escort LX. The car wont move in park as it is supposed to, but when i put the car in Reverse, Neutral, or Drive, it goes forward.... Anyone know what could cause this? Also the tranny is slipping.... The car has the right amount of Transmission Fluid in it, and it is red as it is supposed to be....
