My sister and her partner bought a car on finance from a main dealer about 3 weeks ago! shortly after her partner was laid off so he had no income! They contacted then dealer and said they didnt think they could afford the payments, the dealer brushed it off so they're lumbered with it! But isn't there some sort of cooling off period of about a month that could get them out of this agreement?
