When I start my Dodge Neon 1998 in the morning the car revs up and down. Sometimes the engine runs for a few seconds and it switches off.I have to turn the key again and it starts on the second time but revs up and down again.
Do you know what's the problem?
FYI : I have just change the battery and spark plugs and thought it will solve the problem but it did not solve the problem at all.
Please advise.
