S SlikRick New member Jan 13, 2011 #1 I use high mileage 10W30 oil for my 4 Cylinder Toyota Tacoma (1997). The truck has 173,000 miles. My neighbor recommended that I should use high mileage 20W50 instead. What is the difference between these two oils? Is this a good idea?
