Can a contract be void if the wrong information is on it?
My husband and I purchased a car and it came with a tracking interrupt device and on the sign contract for this device there should have been check marks where is says that a gps and interrupt device would be installed but there is isn't
Example: If this box is check then tracking device will be installed..etc.. ( The box was not checked for gps or interrupt device.)
Also The year of the car is not correct either.
Since this info is wrong or missing can I have the dealer refund the fee for installing this device which was $95. Should'nt they be paying for this.
