I was on a two lane road (1 in each direction) crossed to a median left median (now crossing 2 lanes)all was clear after crossed over a turning lane and 1/2 way through to the other side then the car passed me on the right and i stepped on the brake when I was able to apply the gas, i was hit. I was sited for failure to yield. Should I go to court and claim not guilt?
