Car Crash My Fault Or His?

So I was in a car crash yesterday and I'll explain as much as I can. I was coming up going into a turn left lane (the other cars in the 2 lines was stopped at the red light) but I'm guessing not something that I would know is that the cars let a car enter to make a left out of a shopping center. this meant that he was going to enter the left turn lane where I would be to even make a left turn at the light. also this road as 2 solid yellow lines so after he hit my car at the fender which caused my signal light to brake completely and then i tried to control the car but ended up going into another car as a result of the hit by his car. Now my question is I'm I at fault for any of these tickets/points/insurance etc.. to any of these cars? I was going the posted speed limit so I was not speeding or anything. Please Help Me! Thank You!
