Earlier today I got rearended by a cal-trans van .(state worker) and he totaled the trunk of my car . I was stopped in traffic and I guess he wasn't paying attention and hit me going atleast 35 or 40 mph . Judging by the looks of my car I would say its un-fixable . I wasn't done paying for the car had about 1600 left on it total after would be around 9000 for the car I was wondering if I would be compistated , or anything . And if there insurance would cover my personal property inside my car that got damaged.
Car crash . insurance . help !?
