I have a 1991 Dodge Colt and within a few hours of using my car, my battery starts to die (my stereo going out, lights dimming, etc.). I replace the alternator in early March and have taken it to Autozone to have it tested and it is good. I checked my fuses and they're all fine. I have a spare battery that I carry in my car just incase that I end up using everyday. I had to buy a battery charger from O'Reily's to recharge my 2 batteries every night. Whenever I get out of my car I unhook my battery, which seems to prolong the life. Any ideas?
