Car audio issues.....help!?

ok we were installing a system in a 03 toyota sequoia an everything was goin to easy however, when it came out to the last part which was putting in the jensen touchscreen the stock wires were cut by mistake so we decided to try an work around it since putting an after market connector was out of the question, although for some reason there was no power to any of the wires to the radio. We tried to check for small sparks for each wire nothing, we tried checking fuses they were all fine, now there might be a short some where but im not sure how to find it, an if not i cant figure this out since theres no powers something has to be wrong, but everything else electrical is ok such as locks, windows, lights ect. but if any one has ever done the same thing or just plain out knows what could be wrong please let me know its so annoying to deal with this.
