car alarm question urgent please help?

ok this honda i have alarm on my honda and i lost the key that has the alarm control on it but i do have the extra key but no alarm control so if i use the extra key nd open the car door threw the door wil the alarm go off? if it does is there a way to shut it off when i open the door? please help
