I was driving up to a stoplight I heavy rain. I was coming to a stop already maybe about ten mph tops the car in front of me stopped, I think to avoid a keep clear sign I didn't know was there. I slammed on my brakes and slid in the rain and rear ended her. I apologized asking if she was ok and there was no dent or damage just about a half inch scratch on the back of her car. She said she was fine she was just furious. She took my name phone number and address, but no insurance info nor did she give me any of her info she just said she was really late for work and sped off. What can happen here? Is my insurance going to go up? I've never been at fault for an accident before. What should I do? I need so much help any advice/ comments on the situation is much appreciated
