Ok, so here is the deal... my two friends got into a minor accident in my other friends driveway. they don't want to get insurance involved so they are paying out of their wallets. Here's what happened. my one friend was parked in a little space off of the driveway where one car can park and my other friend was parked past that spot and didn't know he was there because of a bush. The friend not in the little spot began to back up while my other friend pulled out in front of him. The friend backing up says it was both their faults so they should split it 50/50, while the other ones parents are making him pay full. there was only damage to the car in the spot. who should pay what?
