I was involved in an accident two years ago that should have totaled my car, but it didn't for I was at fault therefore didn't have to see an adjuster. Well last week I was rear-ended at a red light, NOT my fault, and now I have to take my car in on Friday and have an adjuster look at it.
Well, the damage to my car from being rear-ended is minor, but enough to cause my car to be totaled for its worse than the car's value because two years ago I was t-boned.
My question is What can I do to get a new car out of this accident? I'm pregnant and not having my vehicle will cause me to get less time at work and have a harder time getting to doctors apts. Thus I will lose much pay and therefore not be able to get the things I need for my child and myself.
