Car accident, not my fault: Should I be dealing with the claim through my own

insurers or theirs? I had contacted my insurers, who are supposed to be dealing with it, but now the other insurance company has been in touch and I'm totally confused as to who should be doing what.

Incidentally, the other driver has admitted liability
 
The other drivers insurance company should be dealing with this. It will eventually fall into place and all will be sorted.
