ai was in a car accident with my dad, big brother, and his son on 4 july (gerr cant remember if it was this last 4 of july or the one before that) whatever so pretty much we were going normal and the other care dazed of into our lane and hit us in the front left wheel.No one was seriously hurt just bumps,bruises and small cuts/scraps, Besides me- i hit the windshield and part of my left elbow......we had therapy and doctor appointments(the usual) and now it turns out that their insuarnce only covered 30,000 so their fighting over who gets what. that where my question comes in....(my layer said he was fighting 10,000 just for me cause i got hurt, and the rest for the other 6 people (4 of them and 3 of us) i really doubt ill get anything since the Bills went way over 30,000 with both families combined.
Im suppose to get a report of how much in 2 weeks but im anxious.
