I was in an accident yesterday. Some guy pulled out in front of me and it smashed the front end of my car. The bumper was dangling and the hood crumpled and it was smoking but apparently because the car was still running after we hit, it might be able to be fixed.
The guy who pulled out DIDN'T have insurance. Last week someone backed up and knocked out my right headlight. My insurance agent told me that because of that hit last week I am going to be charged now - because it's my second one or something.
My insurance rented me a car and I haven't heard anything else yet.
What is going to happen? My insurance seems to think they are going to raise my rates and pay for whatever they need to. Shouldn't the man who pulled out be paying for everything!!?
