i was in a car accident on sep 1st
i hit a kid on a bike by accident and the family decided to get money from the insurance company on my behalf. i got a few calls that month about what would happen and if they follow through, I think someone would let me know.
As of today, I still haven't heard a word from them and the accident actually faded away from my conscious. How long does settlements take and is anything going to happen still?
