I bought a 2002 dodge dakota in august of 08. It was used and i bought it from a car dealership. It had been in an accident already (moderate). A week ago me and my wife T boned a guy who pulled out in front of us. We were going 35 mph. The Crash totalled my truck. Entire front in is caved in. What i'm wondering is why the air bags didn't deploy? Could it be the last time it was wrecked they didn't reinstall them or did they have the wire cut or what?
