I'm so frustrated right now!!!!!! I don't understand why they would reject a common typical "anime" picture. What the heck is wrong with that? The Image card is supposed to be personal as they already stated!! PeRsOnAL!!!!! That you can upload any picture that you want as long as it is not offensive, violent, no sexual content, no criticism, etc....
I received this email from Capital One:

Material that could infringe on the copyright or trademark rights of another party, including branded products, marks, or business names
Anime isn't a product, a mark, or a business name it's a freaking hobby!!!!
Hey, if they are so STRICT about having an ANIME picture on the card then what if I DRAW it instead or place a STICKER on the STUPID CARD then what's the difference!?!?!! WHAT CAN THEY DO ABOUT IT IF I DO THAT?! SUE ME?! IT'S JUST A PERSONAL IMAGE THAT I WANT ON MY CARD!!!! It's not like I'm gonna advertise it or anything. This is so so FRUSTRATING AND I CAN'T EVEN CONTACT THEIR DAMN IMAGE CARD CENTER OR WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THAT DAMN DEPARTMENT.
In addition to that, I was wondering why HONDA isn't sueing me for painting my car with anime because my car actually has on both sides and one on the hood. I brought my car to Honda for maintainance and they didn't even care about it. SIGH~~ If I don't find a resolution to this or they won't approve it then I think I'll just close the damn account.
