CAP & TRADE debate -- they're debating on a bill that nobody in the opposition

has a copy of...? The copy of the bill was added to the Committee website this morning w/o anyone knowing -- now the Republicans are on the floor w/o a working copy, specifically the 300+ pages added this morning under the radar.

There is no working copy on the floor for Republicans to read the extra pages and the Democrats are objecting to a recess or even a one minute pause to access what the Democrats have said is the working copy at the Speaker's desk in Chamber.

I wonder what we'll find in those extra 300 pages on top of the increased costs of living for us all contained in the other 900 pages.
