Canyou lose Child custody if you go against the court order?

If it is court order that the father have first right to refusal and we have a Custody Trail in Jan. I am trying to gain full custody of my son can her going against the court order by going out parting all the time and giving my son to everyone else except me or informing me when I do have first right to refusal pre court order can this hold up well in court for my trail? if so how much so?
