I'm scouting areas and conducting a survey about saving energy. The idea is to turn the survey into an appointment for solar energy for the home. People are extremely co-operative, But when setting the appointment they seem to cave.(I loose them) Even the interested ones what me to leave info, call them is okay but just don't wanna commit to a little time to at least see the benefits and the money they can make(yes they can get monthly rebates from Edison). Still can't set the appointment. Can anyone out there tell me what I'm doing wrong to make the transition from survey to appointment?
