Can't use certain apps on windows mobile 6.5 professional?

Plain in simple. When I try to go into the market place it says, "Marketplace for Mobile can't connect."
Try to open Sprint Music Store says, "Cannot find." But I can use all the other apps. Is my phone just out dated or something? :I
