i do acting and ive been trying to upload my photo to this website for work for weeks, and each time it says
We cannot accept photographs with poor or grainy resolution
i went and got new photos done from a photographer via a digital camera and when i sent the photo, still they rejected it, its really annoying as its a good photo i cant see why they're rejecting it - i cant apply for work until i get my photo up on website. i cant speak to anyone there as its done via email.
what is resolution? and can you change it?
my photo is supposed to be 10x8 photo, black and white headshot, its a good photo, i dont see anything wrong with it.
it dosent look amateur, is a clear black and white headshot?
im at a loss as to what to do? can anyone help?
