Can't upgrade my phone to windows mobile 6.1?

I need to upgrade my AT&T Motorola Q9h Global from Windows Mobile 6.0 to Windows Mobile 6.1. The problem I am having is every time I try to upgrade it off Motorola's website, it tells me that I already have the latest updates on my phone, which isn't true.

Is there any way for me to get WM 6.1 without going to Motorola's website?
