Can't update E60

Whenever I try to use NSU with my new E60, it will not detect the phone via USB. It works fine with PC-Suite, via USB, Bluetooth, and IR.

When NSU starts it shows the phone disconnecting from PC-suite, and when it exits it reconnects, which seems right. Why can't NSU (newest version off europe/uk site) pickup my phone?
 
Make sure you have the latest NSU (1.1.08 I think)! The old one used to do that for me (I have a SILVER EURO 1 version of the phone)

I had my laptop logged in with full admin rights, disabled Virus Shield and BlackIce (had to kill the processes). I turned off BT on the phone as well. Phone disconnected twice as part of the upgrade, rebooted once at the end.

Did a backup of phone mem. only just before upgrade, restored after - most stuff didn't have to be reset - the main one was setting messages/email to store to card - bookmarks, apps (google maps, Opera mini), access points, all restored fine.

Biggest noticable change so far is fix for out-of-memory issues, especially the browser. Only ran out of mem. once - had both Web and WAP open, downloading a fairly large file (just under 1MB). Better than running out of mem. every second page!
