Need help! My phone came with a disc (active sync 4.5) to sync my phone with my pc, it let's me install it but when it comes down to it; it won't recognize my mobile device! A pop up shows no partnership and not connected. How am I able to get this done! It's been a month now trying to figure this out...it shouldn't be this hard. I tried calling Samsung which it still seems like the best solution but unfortunately nothing has been done cause I don't have an additional phone to deal with this
