Please help me guys, this is the third time my phone does this, it closes after freezing ofcourse, so i have to close it. When i press the switch on button i get nothing ( just a small vibration) , the screen stays black, when i took it to the care center each time, they said it needs new software, my question is how can i re open the phone so i can install this software on my own, because everytime i take the phone it only takes the guy 10 min to fix it, he told me "new software".

have also tried "Green + Red + Camera+ On/off button" for the Hard Reset, still didnt work, it just vibrated and stayed off
