Hi,
When I was smaller i had this "Thing" were I tilted my head back to tense my neck and i just couldnt stop doing it, like every 30mins, i had it for about 2 years and then i grew out of it.
Now i cant stop tensing my arms. It extremely annoying and i just get wound up about it. Im preety sure its just in my head. But I cant stop tensing.
It gets really bad if im writing for long periods of time or using the mouse or keyboard. Or just in an excited mood.
