Can't sleep

Hi again:

Thanks everyone for the replies to my son's disc problem. I really apprecitate it.

Now, this is about myself. I have had lower back problems over the years and now my back is just slightly achy but I cannot sleep at night with my legs... they ache and therefore are restless. I only sleep when I take a valium but this is an addictive situation.

Question:

Does anyone suffer with this restless leg situation and, if so, what advice can you send along?
