My sleep cycle has been way off, i stay awake the whole night and sleep around 4-5 AM and take almost the whole day to sleep. So i decided to do the "dont sleep, get tired then sleep at the time you want to" thing. I didnt sleep last night and was seriously tired and sleepy during the day. But now when its time to go sleep...I cant!! I wanted to sleep at 8 PM and wake up 8 AM. But its already Midnight and still cant sleep.. Is it okay to NOT sleep 1 more day and try again?
I dont think i need to go to a doctor or anything.. Its just 1 of those "super bored so i decided to surf the internet all night, now my sleep cycle is facked up." My question is mostly asking is if its okay to not sleep for 2 days
