cant seen to update 109 help please`

well i'm having a problem with my sisters unlocked pearl

she needs to upgrade to .109 and the phone will not seem to update help please

I forgot the vendor.xml file

Right! You need to rename (or delete) the file:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Vendor.xml

If it's an 8120 or 8130, you can upgrade it to 4.3! Check my Latest OS blog for where to get them. 4.2.1.109 from Rogers for the 8100 is listed there too.
