Thank you for reading this.
I have been to the doctors several times over the past 2 years and each time I have been I have told them about a pain in my hips. It hurts in general all the time and at night I cant get comfortable whichever side I lay on.
One doctor ordered an xray of my hips which came back all clear.
The next one I spoke to said he would do blood tests which again showed nothing.
Just to add, this has been going on and getting gradually worse over the last 2 years.
I was told to take an anti inflamatry but they make no difference.
I have just kept hoping that it would ease in time but its getting so bad that it affects me all day every day now.
The last time I went to the doctors he examined me and said it was not my hips as the range of movement was ok, but that he thought it was the muscles surrounding my hips.He ordered more blood tests. I explained I had had blood tests done but he said they were not specific to a muscle prob and that he would do different ones.
Now they have come back as ok and I could cry.
I ache constantly and can never get comfortable at all. Even if I press on my hips, back or bottom it really hurts.
Has anyone else had the same problem and found a solution, Im beginning to feel like a fake when I tell the doctors but Im not. im constantly worn down by the pain and no one seems to listen.
