Something is wrong with my scroll keys. I cant' scroll on IE using the scroll wheel, page up or page down keys?
The arrows keys don't even work. I can scroll on others programs like Adobe Reader and Microsoft Word, but not on IE. Also, I sometimes can't click on certain things in other programs. For example, I can't click anything on MagicJack because whenever I try the window bar turns gray meaning it isn't my primary window. I have no idea what is wrong. My only remote idea is that it might be a virus. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
