Can't remember the name of a book about a girl who is sexually abused by her dad and...

...her mum's boyfriend? I can't remember the title of the book but the plot was basically a girl was sexually abused by her dad and she had a brother and I think she had a sister. She finds out her brother was also raped by her dad and so the polices get involved and her dad goes to jail and her brother is taken away. She stays with her mum who gets a new boyfriend who also abuses her (possibly rapes her, I can't remember). Eventually she is taken out of her home and is taken to a house with other troubled teens where she meets up with her brother and she eventually works through her issues. I'm pretty sure part of her therapy is putting all her bad feelings into an empty box and mails it to her mum (her brother did the same thing previously). But yeah I think the home for troubled teens might be near the beach. Anyways that's all I can remember so if anyone knows of any books which even sort of fit that description (because I could have some details wrong or confused with other books)
