For some reason I cant recieve or send txt messages to virgin from my fido phone. I went with Fido about a month ago. I use to be with virgin before fido but fido had switched my phone number and completely cancelled my phone with virgin when I switched over. I had went to Fido about not being able to send messages or receive them, all they did was reset my phone and made me txt myself to see if I could recieve that. Obviously I could so they said that the problem was with the customer i'm trying to reach on Virgins phone. Im almost sure its not a problem on Virgins part because my buddy can txt whoever he wants and get a message back, but whenever he tries to txt me, it just wont work and vise versa.
Any clue as to what I should do? I'm from Canada btw.
