I have an LG KE970 Shine phone, on the Orange network, and I can't receive photo messages anymore- does anyone know how I can fix it, please?
A message comes through with date, subject, from etc, and when I press options I can opt to 'receive', but after a few seconds a 'receive failed' message comes up, and my phone switches off??
I've tried calling Orange and they sent a new MMS settings message through, but nothing's changed
Any help would be really really appreciated
