Can't read unlock codes for blackberry

AM TRYING TO READ UNLOCK CODES FROM BLACKBERRY
MODEL 8820 & 9630 BUT I GET THE ERRORS BELLOW

MCU Boot Version: 1.069, and up to date.
SMCU Boot Version: 1.34, and up to date.
Please turn on phone and connect it with USB cable
