Can't paste a HTML, how do i?

I have a WordPress blog, and i wanted to add the petition HTML( http://jointhecauseforwhales.site50.net/sign.html ) to my blog, but it wont work. I can copy paste it but then nothing shows up.
I usually have no problem with HTMLs but its this particular one that doesnt work.
please help
