Can't order UFC 88 in HD

I just tried to order tonight's UFC 88 in HD using the phone line connected to my 6141 receiver. I've tried it a dozen times, and each time it says 'this program is no longer available, please try again later', then my receiver locks up. So I tried calling the number and ordering it and the message said that my receiver requires a smartcard update to order this program, sorry for the inconvenience. Since when does the 6141 require a smartcard update!?! Anyone else have this problem? I'm pissed!!!
 
They dropped me twice, I've had the system a week, I am going to ask for partial/full refund or cancel it... Tired of crap service!
 
It won't let me order either I have a 6000 HD receiver and it just keeps loopng back to the order button, I tried phoning their voice self help thing and it said technical problems and hung up, then I tried a service rep option and it gave me a busy signal, this is total bull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
It won't let me order it on any of the SD channels either, what a load of crap. Nice card upgrade!

I tried ordering the UFC in HD on my 9200. Pressed YES to order, it froze, it restarted. Had a brutal time trying to power the thang back up. Even ordered it in SD, it FROZE!
401 and 832, all froze it up colder than a polar bear's toenails.
 
No way to contact Customer Support either, just a busy signal, I hope they lose a ton of money. Looks like I need to switch to Rogers just to pay for events.
 
they must've sent the 2 beavers from the commercials to go do tech support.

suposed to call 1-866-686-7337 he said, 26min on hold to get a # to call, wtf man. But Im calling this # on the low cuz I`m about to blow, shhheeaa.
 
They can partially refund my neighbours siding after I knock the satellite off my house with a baseball bat.
 
My husband has been waiting on the technical support line for almost an hour. Before that, he kept getting cut off. We tried ordering it using the remote and via the Internet (the last time said they were not able to complete the order because of technical difficulties. Forget trying to get through to them on the phone. Sheesh, this is ridiculous. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this?

Oh, guess what? After waiting on tech support for over an hour, they just cut him off. Charming, eh? Grrr.
 
I was able to order the midnight showing and it dialed out etc. I don't know how wide scale a problem this is but I am out west and have been trying to order since 8PM MST. Just got my dish last week, Bell is a piece of junk.
 
Hahahah well put!! My fiance is getting tired of my ranting over the whole scenario.

At least we saved some money. We'll catch these fights when they come on DVD. So, guys, thanks for sharing the frustration and letting us vent. Ciao for now! :)
 
Decided not to get it tonight...sounds like a good decision.
